A new style of tasting menu emerges with this pasta joint, where for just $16 guests can grab a three course dinner to eat-in or take-away. Pasta comes in a variety of shapes, all of which are made fresh, in house daily. Sauce comes in red, white and basil options. Start with a house salad before choosing the pasta and a sauce to build your own dish, and then finish on a sweet note with an authentic mini cannoli. Other appetizers and sides are also on the menu for an additional cost. Vegan and gluten free pasta options are available as well!
In addition to the three-course menu, beverage options will include red and white wines on tap!
Chef Travis Hearne oversees the kitchen at Red, White and Basil in addition to that of sister restaurant, L’Enfant Café. Hearne has worked at the Inn at Little Washington, a variety of Passion Food Group restaurants and Charlotte’s famed Cajun Queen.
Red White & Basil is open for dinner daily at 6pm until 10pm Monday through Friday and 11pm on weekends. Soon after opening, Chef Hearne plans to offer lunch and weekend brunch.
