Macon Bistro Hosts a Wine Luncheon

Macon Bistro in Chevy Chase is hosting a four-course wine luncheon in partnership with Circle Wine & Spirits on Saturday, July 25th from 2-4pm ($65 per person ++) .

Executive Chef Dan Singhofen will cook up classic dishes with a Southern twist, Macon Bistro style. These courses have been carefully paired with rare, South African wines and will be poured by a Circle Wine & Spirits representative.

Wines on the menu include Paul Cluver Sauvignon Blanc; Paul Cluver Chardonnay; DeMorgenzon Maestro White Stellenbosch; A.A. Badenhorst White Blend; DeMorgenzonMaestro Red Stellenbosch, A.A. Badenhorst Red Blend, andKlein Constantia Vin de Constance.
