Proscuitto di Parma, Wine and Cocktails at Jug & Table

On Tuesday, August 11, Jug & Table will host experts for a night of tasting and learning about the ancient tradition and protected designation of origin of Prosciutto di Parma. Executive Chef Marjorie Meek-Bradley and Sommelier Theo Rutherford will be providing guests with a special menu featuring the authentic prosciutto, select wine pairings, and a Prosciutto Di Parma inspired cocktail. Meanwhile, experts will hand slice the cured leg of ham and pass out samples throughout the night, all inside Jug & Table’s intimate atmosphere. 

Specialty dishes include:

·       Fried Green Tomatoes wrapped in Prosciutto di Parma with chipotle aioli

·       Prosciutto di Parma panini with heirloom tomatoes, fontina and basil

·       Grilled flat bread with pea pesto, squash, burrata and Prosciutto di Parma
